We accept wired transfer (T/T), major credit cards, Western Union, Paypal, Skrill and WebMoney transfer. For small to medium orders (less than $500), we recommend using credit cards online on the checkout page for instant payment processing.
Western Union / Local Bank Transfer
Place order first and we will send you payment details later. After paid, please email to us about your payment info, including the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), transfer amount (USD), sender’s name, and your billing address.
FAQ: How to pay via Western Union?
- Transfer at a western union agent location, you can visit: www.westernunion.com to find which one is the nearest and fill in a form then send email to us about payment info: MTCN, sender name (First name, Last Name), total amount (USD) and billing address and sender country.
- Pay online For the time being, online transfer supported in Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States. The steps are:
(1) Access the western Union’s home Site: www.westernunion.com, Choose your country.
(2) Sign in your Western Union account or create a new account to new users.
(3) Click “send money” then fill in the Money Transfer form, click “continue”.
(4) Fill in the form with your information (billing address, name, phone number, and your card number).
Paypal, Skrill and WebMoney
Please contact us for receiver’s details if you want to use these online payment methods, we will send you the details and start process your order once payment arrives.
1. Processing Orders
Unless otherwise specified in the order, no order will be processed until payment is made according to the payment terms set forth in the order. We can only start process your order packing and shipping when your payment arrives. Orders that are pending for payments for over 2 weeks may be automatically cancelled unless buyers explicitly request to keep them open.
2. Transaction Limits
Wired transfer (T/T) has no transaction limit. Major credit cards have a US$30,000 maximum per transaction limit. Western Union has a US$5,000 maximum per transaction limit.
3. Payment Clearance Time
Payment using major credit cards and MoneyGram takes 1 working day to clear after receipt. Wired Transfer (T/T) takes 5 working days to clear. Western Union takes 1-2 days to clear. eCheck takes 4-7 working days to clear. Typical payment clearance time is estimated only and may vary by the payment processors.
4. Billing Address versus Shipping Address
For credit card and MoneyGram payments, we ship to confirmed billing addresses only. Buyer with verifiable credit record can choose alternative shipping addresses. If our company is unable to verify the shipping address and the buyer has never purchased from us before, the order may be automatically cancelled after a few working days and the payment will be fully refunded immediately via the original form of payment.
If we are unable to verify the buyer’s identify or the shipping address, the order will be automatically cancelled after 10 working days and the payment will be fully refunded immediately via the original form of payment.
5. Price Validity
All price quotes in the order have a validity period. If the price validity period is not specified in the order, the default validity period is 3 weeks. Payment made after the valid period may be subjected to a significant price adjustment to align with the manufacturing cost. Buyers are recommended to make prompt payment after an order has been created as some products are subjected to frequent price fluctuations.
6. Payment & Account Balance
Unless specified otherwise in the order, the default payment term is full payment in advance. For larger orders, buyers who show a good payment history from previous purchases from us may choose to have deposit first + remaining balance before shipment. Buyers who show verifiable credit records from approved countries and have long relationships in good standing may be qualified for applying for revolving credit accounts.
7. Transaction Fees
There is no transaction fee for most orders placed via our online order system. Wired transfers (T/T) less than US$500 may incur a US$9 transaction fee. Buyers are responsible for all fees charged by their local banks or Western Union / MoneyGram agents. Orders paid using credit cards or other online payment methods may incur additional transaction fees.
We do encourage all of our customers to make a safe and secure payment by using Western Union. We offer 10% discount for these two payment methods, it also allows us to receive payments faster, without having any delay.
